Health Insurance Requirement

Mandatory Health Insurance

To protect the health of our dear trainees, the Full-time Training in Anaheim requires that all trainees have health insurance coverage before they arrive at the Training Center. Every trainee will be required to enroll in the Cigna PPO student health insurance plan (administrated by Consolidated Health Plans) available to FTTA trainees unless they have other comparable health insurance in effect when they arrive for the first day of the Training.

To enroll in the Cigna PPO student health insurance plan, please go to https://studentinsurance.wellsfargo.com/enroll/ and enter FTTA as the name of the school.

If you choose to use your own insurance, you must log onto https://studentinsurance.wellsfargo.com/ftta/ftta/ to decline the Cigna PPO student health insurance plan. This Cigna PPO waiver is necessary, otherwise you have not met the insurance requirement.
